    Does not work with Windows 11 anymore. Program will not install and wants me to disable windows security settings to install outdated drivers... and it still will not install. I tried the capture device with other programs and could only get sound, no video. I am lucky my vhs/dvd recorder combo had an HDMI out on it, so I got an HDMI to usb C capture device on Amazon.

    I've struggled with using this, mostly software issues that have kept me from creating any CD's. I have managed to convert to a file after a couple of attempts, but the size is too big for a single CD and every time I try to split it, it crashes.

    Returned this item to the store within 7 days. Didn't even open the box. The product didn't fit my household needs for electronics. Also, from reading the instructions provided it was more complicated to use them I expected. I'm that that computer wise I need things very easy & simple to work quickly.

    Got some video transfer from an old tube tv vcr combo into digital. Unfortunately the sound is hit and miss. It cuts away sounds quite a bit

    If you have windows 10 it will not work. Meaning..... I cannot even install the software. It will come up as an error saying "something unexpected has happened" and force you to close out the installation. I read the forums, I read the reviews, I have tried all solutions. Did not work. Most importantly waste of time. Do not buy. Stear far clear from this faulty product that doesn't even update its software.

    Pretty straightforward installation and user friendly design. The audio came out distorted at first but adjusting the recording device’s volume setting in Windows solved it.
