Copies from VCR, but I need to find a better VCR player to make it work well.

The conversion of my old VHS tapes to DVDs has never been easier. Works great with Windows 11.

This product does not work with Windows 10. After many hours of trying to work with an inept customer service desk I had to give up.

The software is a little slow in generating the recording file and it has crashed on me a couple of times. They are large files but still it can be a bit furstrating.

Product was what I looking and met the cost criteria.

well to start off I didn't read reviews for the first time and got burned bought Roxio product from BESY BUY that they shouldn't be selling it. It isn't compatible with windows 11 they have a driver issue and they don't have a fix for it you can not use it on windows 11 and when you buy this product from BEST BUY they tell you there is no return no exchange so BEST BUY SELLS you a product that you can't use and they take your money.

Works great however it is not backwards compatible, it will only work on USB 2 not 3, so I'm using an older laptop for my work. Other than that its perfect!

Good value to preserve family vhs tapes to digital format

The analog-to-digital converter does an acceptable job of taking the VHS output and creating digital files. Nothing special, but functional. When it comes time to burn the files to a DVD, it works very poorly. I got one functioning disk, but in most cases, it would not actually burn a DVD. It also would not create a disk image to be burned later. I wound up using other software (Power2Go13) to burn the files to a a disk that would be read by a DVD player.

I like it been looking for something like this for some time .

Wanted to transfer vhs to dvd after 3 days of installing, reinstalling, and updating program still unusable. Roxio customer service ridiculous - all done by email, and response time from 12 hours to still waiting after 24 hours. Needless to say returned the product and got a competitors which worked smoothly and did an outstanding job

As long as you know what your buying, this product works great. Slow process, but it works. Simple software that's easy to use. You'll likely need more storage on your computer.

The product works as intended, but the directions included with the package were vague and it took some exploring a googling to figure it out.

My dog ate the cord to this system which I had used for years. This replacement is just as valuable.

Used this to transfer my HI-8 films. Worked as it should.

Definitely not the top of the line when it comes to converting old VHS tapes but it works. No clear instructions, so you definitely need some sort of knowledge of av components. Just OK

doesn't work with windows 11. I tried with a windows 10 computer and still didn't work. I'm done with roxio.

No stars - this is a bad piece of equipment. it worked for a few tapes and then the usb hub got hot and then stopped working altogether. the help desk is useless and wants all kinds of information. I am quite knowledgeable and it was clear that i was getting run around from them. after i gave some info and then wanted more and more. I gave up and bought Diamond off Amazon . Worked much better and better editing software.
