This product is not easy and is very complicated to use. Also, support is very difficult to get.

This software is junk, it will not install on a clean install of Windows 10 with the latest updates. When you email support they refuse to help, tell you to check antivirus, etc. DO NOT BUY FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT!!!! I have wasted over 20 hours trying to solve this problem.

I used this to transfer numerous high-8 tapes to DVD. It worked great for what I needed!

Did the job, transferred old VHS home movies to computer for editing and DVD burning. Some minor connection issues needed to be worked out when first installed.

Not as easy as the instructions say… there is no real instructions booklet.. you will need another auxiliary cord that’s not included..

I regret buying this trash. The signal keeps cutting out and unable to get capture the picture. The software is so bad that I would rather set my hair on fire then setup and/or use again. Hire a professional or find another means to digitize your vhs tapes and stay away from this utter garbage.

Converting 8mm video tapes to dvd. Somewhat time consuming, but works. A few times had a error while burning to dvd disk and had to start over.

This program has its limits on reproduction and not comparable to the roxio creative software

I was able to convert my VHS tapes to digital files during the pandemic with this tool. It does not have great instructions so it takes some trial and error.

I needed something to transfer some old 8mm video tapes to digital. This works perfect.

Tapes before it’s too late This software works very well to copy VHS tapes to DVD before they get too worn out or the magnetic properties of the VHS tape render the tape useless highly recommended to get this software

i found this program very sporadic, sometimes it see the vhs tape, sometimes it doesn't. it seems tricky on how to connect the cable..which end first , then turn it on..etc...

Found some of VHS tapes that has some great memories that I needed to recover and store on DVD. took a little time to figure it out but I had fun with this. I also had to resize the video so I could share it online.

Had the previous version and upgraded to this one. Great value if you want to get rid of your VHS tapes. Really wish the user interface was a little better. It's pretty basic for the money.

I will always trusr Best Buy for my purchases. However the software was grossly out of date and it was like pulling teeth with the developer to identify how to get the latest update. Also the tech support from the developer failed to meet their own goal of 24 hours. It was several days befor I heard from them and by that time I fixed it myself.

install disc wont work without internet connection. tried dowoading install from roxio.. that install requires internet connection.. NOWHERE on the box does it say this requires internet connection. it tries to download updates once does have internet connection.. and then freezes halfway through downloading..

This item was well explained by the clerk, but when it comes down to it this requires quite a lot of preparation, easier to pay someone else to do it

Tried installing and it keeps coming up "We encountered a problem, failed to install product." I am trying to install this on a relatively new Lenovo i7 machine with Windows 11 and it doesn't seem to work. Even tried downloading the program from Corel assuming it would be the latest version but still doesn't work. Unless I get a suggestion on what to do I plan on sending it back.

I wanted to save vhs to digital and upload to youtube. program had issues, emailed them got the fix. uploaded to youtube and my vids were pulled because of copywrite music. youtube sucks.
