Editing capabilities are poor. Some of my old VHS tapes are just over two hours. You can't compress what goes onto the DVD. I recently bought a new computer and have been trying to get Corel to give me a link to the software. This has been going on for over two weeks. Customer support is terrible

This product is such a great value! It's helping me save decades-old VHS tapes by converting them to DVD's! I strongly recommend this one!

I haven't used this yet, because it is always so busy around Christmas time, but I hope that I have good luck with it after the first of the year.

Not what i am looking for, product might be good but not using it for now.

Install and set-up was simple and quick, but never could get it to "Finish" burning the DVD. After a few attempts and wasting DVDs, I gave up and returned it for a refund. It might have worked by calling support, but I did not want to waste any more time with it.

Awesome idea, but hard to operate or even get to work properly. Maybe it’s my outdated desktop!!

I found it a little difficult but once I figured it out and set up, it worked great.

Haven't used this yet, purchased for my church and eventually we will use this. Not much to say since we haven't used it yet.

It took me a while to figure out what to do as I have never done this before. Once I realized what to do, the recordings went well..

doesn't work with my HP OMEN laptop. I have a gaming laptop with all the upgrades and it doesn't receive video signal. I have been working with developers of the manufacture, trying to trouble shoot problem with no solution.

Nicest fridge ever. Quiet and so much room. Had a side by side before and love the convenient freezer -- so easy to find everything. Very happy with my LG.

I have Microsoft 10, and Probook 650. Software would not work. They sent me new software and it did not work. Spent 2 hours on phone with tech people with no result. They requested photos and I was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. Don't buy it.

I bought this for my brother so he could transfer his own things without my help.

We have a lot of camcorder videos from when the kids were small. We are using this to copy and then reuse the tapes.

Had many issues with the software and the hardware of this product. Tried multiple different cables just to make it work still didn't work called customer service wait a day answer me back with the same saying that I've informed them that I've done it was a waste of time what was something else.
