    Bought this to support transferring some old reel-to-reel tapes to digital format. Chose this because I didn't have access to any reasonable speed internet and a call to the manufacturer assured me everything I needed was on the CD in the box and I only needed internet access to register. Fantastic! Just What I needed. Installed; the option to convert from analog audio to digital did not even have an icon to start it--only icons for video editing. Called tech support; took 2-3 days to get an answer, which was that I needed to download the latest from the website, which was not possible for me. USELESS for $70!

    Don't want to totally say it didn't work, my wife and I are not the most tech savvy people, but we had a friend who is pretty good with this stuff and he couldn't figure it out either.

    The software included was from 2104. The box stated compatible with Windows 10 but would not even install on Windows 10. BestBuy should not be selling obsolete stuff. Waste of time. Returning this junk.
