    I have spent at least 6 frustrating hours trying to get this product to work. I'm getting a "no input signal" message and have not been able to yet resolve this issue with customer support. Looking on line I've since learned that this is a prevelant problem with this product. I would not recommend this nightmare on anyone: trying to preserve family memories, but only spending valuable time without results.

    The video card wound up crapping out on me after about a week of use. I thought it was a fluke, so I exchanged for a fresh one...same problem. This is why I'd rather have the Dazzle card.

    Had a lot of VCR tapes that were getting old and brittle. Got to save my movies and burn to disc.

    It says "Easy" but it is anything but! Hard to get customer support. I finally took it back to the store and purchased another brand that worked great.

    words on box say you can copy a VCR tape to a DVD. Doesn't say what size until you look at the instruction inside..tried a tape longer than 3 hours and didn't work.

    Absolute junk. DVDs will not play in DVD players. tried 3 different players.DO NOT BUY !!! Tried to get help. useless. Should not need help if product works as advertised.

    I had a lot of issues to configure it, the correct drivers are not included in the CD. I contacted Roxio customer service and they can't resolve it.
