I can't find anywhere a video cable to connect the S-Video adapter to the VCR player.I looked and checked aall over,one end has to fit the S-Video adapter and the other has to be diffrent to be able to connect the VCR.If you have it in your store,please let me know.I'm very dissapointed!I spend all this money for nothing.

I am a beginner and suffered many problems. So many problems, that I contacted the "geek squad" and the manufacturer. No one could help me, even when I forwarded the manufacturers email to the "geek squad" to help with the installation.

Just awful. Difficult to use. Basically a cable and an installation disc. Could not get it to work, and despite a promise of return, Best Buy refused to take it back. (I have a court date on that.)

Extremely slow when copying to a DVD. Quality of playback was poor. Only able to copy to 1 DVD. Would not work after that.

Product did not work. Sound would pop in and out and clip. Unless it was just a faulty unit, this product just doesn’t work well at all. I had to return it. I had and have alternatives that actually worked while this would not do so consistently.

Got to record 4 video clips without sound then it wouldn’t record anymore. Researched and it said it could record from video camera then guy in store says it’s only for vcrs. Still don’t have it working yet.

I would not purchase this again. Way too slow. Don't bother.

Software wouldn't load. I tried going online and that download option conflicted with the CD version.

This device is outdated. Did not work. Must have cd dvd reader

Works just fine. reasonable price, but need a good cable to save audio and video.

This thing is the biggest piece of crap made. I wasted six blank DVD's Hours on phone & online with Tech support from India. They rather respond by text wich I don"t do. Hour upon Hours and this program does not work.

This Converter is very hard to use. Sometimes it records a VCR tape to a DVD, and sometimes it didn’t. Very frustrating. I would not recommend this product.

Not the best with old tapes. I got upset that the whole thing would stop and not record after some tracking. Best thing to do with the old junky tapes is get an old dvd burner transfer video and rip dvd.

not impressed. Video quality poor. Would return, but I waited too long to try it, now past return date. Wish I hadn't waited so long

It worked for a couple of tapes and then only recorded blue screens with music...

Worked fir about 4 vhs tapes then lost the video portion and could not transfer any more movies. I bought a second one and had the same results after 4-5 vhs tapes. Would not buy this product

So far I have been unable to create a playable DVD with this product. I'm prepared to accept that I've done something wrong but support has been useless and unresponsive.
