    The software needed to use this does not work. My vcr works perfectly but the software doesn't show the preview on screen or record anything.

    had to install software twice because wouldn't open. customer support was a terrible experience only communication was through email. I would caution anyone that wants to buy this product.

    Was already opened still I purchased. It didn’t work and BB wouldn’t exchange since it was previously opened. Sound was horrible.
