Good to convert your VHS. It's a little clunky but you'll rarely use it

Easy to install. Straight forward to use. Takes some patience to burn to dvd, depending on the length.

I like it, it's easy to put old VHS to DVD and even post video's on "FB" or "YouTube". Simple as 1, 2, 3...

This product is easy to use, it's reliable, and its size makes for a convenient item to store.

The load went well. However the load had an effect on the registry of Win 7 which corrupted a setting. I spent several hours trying to fix it and in the end had to use the REGEDIT feature to remove a line of code that affected the software identification of CD/DVD drives. I have successfully transfered my first casette to DVD.

if you need to transfer your old VHS and/or camcorder tapes to digital media this will work great for doing that!

I wanted to copy a vhs tape of when my parents house was built onto my computer. I popped in the tape, connected the adapter from the vhs player to my computer. I then ran the software and it found the player and I was able to record the video and transfer it to my computer! Fantastic product! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to transfer there homemade vhs tapes!!!

This is great easy to convert RCA cables to USB. The software is ready to install and use. I used it to convert my old Hi-8 tapes to digital.

Easy to use and works as promised. Updated from old Dazzle (2004) and works well.

This converter is ok if you have the time and patience to stand by it to make sure you shut it off when it is done. I had an old one that would automatically stop when the tape was done but I haven't found one that matched it since.

Very nice product. Comes with the hardware and software to back up your old VHS tapes. It takes al lot of time to watch the movie and record it, then you have to wait while it encodes it. A two hour movie took about 12 hours to convert on a high power machine. Also the movie took a lot of hard drive space (12g). The quality of the the output was very nice.

Works awesome. Needs some options to make changes to videos.

This was the right price for the right tool. We will be using it to convert old family VHS to DVD right after the busy holiday season.

Purchased to convert my old VHS tapes to Blu-Ray. The interface works great but the software is a little difficult.

I had previously used the Dazzle brand of device to convert VHS to digital. That was 10 yrs ago, so I decided to try this one hoping that technology had improved, and the software interface would be easier to use. Unfortunately I found it to work about the same as the Dazzle. However, it does work well enough. Can't expect Hi-Def when dealing with old video tapes.

I have a number of VHS tapes that have simply been stored in boxes, taking up space, for years. Given that I am currently "social distancing", I thought that now would be a good time to copy them to DVDs. Bought the Roxio package even though I have had trouble with one of their audio downloading packages in the past. The device worked fine to download the VHS tape to the computer, but would not burn the file to a DVD-R or DVD+R. The problem was not my PC as I was running a very fast i7 chip with lots of RAM. None of the VHS tapes were copyright protected versions, so that was not the problem. The problem seemed to be in the software. Tried to contact the vendor's help line but could never get through. Ended up buying the Vidbox VHS to DVD 9.0 (Honestech). Worked like a charm. Pass on Roxio and get the Vidbox device and its included software.

This thing was a breeze to use. I have been able to transfer so much & it could not be easier to use.

Pretty easy to use but they need to add a option of downloading the software.

Good product. Be aware that if you update the software it might not load right after.

it is a very helpful tool to transfer VHS to DVD. I able to transfer all my old VHS to DVD file, so it can be kept for longer time.
