Very good for capturing tapes

Works as expected

My 3 computers will not load . No good!

I have used my DVD players on these same players for a number of years so I know how to do this. In addition, I have tried to find info on the web to help me solve the problem. Plenty of other info is available for using the DVD for other actions, but not for this. HELP!

Terrible - Stay Away

When the tape, that has been converted in real time, is nearly at the end of the two hours. Everything is lost. I tried to reach technical support so that I could see if there was a problem with my operating system and their software (I was running 10.7.5) and found their customer service and tech support absolutely useless. First because they don't actually let you speak to anyone without going through a terrible registration process that also has serious glitches, and secondly because their technical support just sucks.
