    Product name is very misleading! It does not include software to burn to a DVD, which is the whole point! Even the instructions say if you wish to burn video to a DVD, buy Roxio Toast or use iDVD, which also costs money. The software included ONLY captures video and saves it on your computer. STAY AWAY!!!

    I don't know why, but the videos need to be converted once more before playback is possible. Not a huge deal, just a hassle when dealing with so many long videos.

    The Roxio VHS to DVD process works well and easy to use. I used it to copy my Hi8 Camcoder videos to my Mac Computer. My only request would be for the product to offer some editing functions and not just copy from one media to another.

    Installation is straight forward and easy. Instructions are few, it really not needed, as the screen options are quite sufficient. This is an excellent t example of toll-free programming - following years of use, it has never failed to operate as intended.

    Great item for your vhs tapes, easy to install and turns your vhs tapes into dvd. This item is greater because it also helps you make space by replacing your bulky vhs tapes into dvds and better to store in a safe place

    My computer is up to date and will run the software. Roxio uploads to the computer fine, but quality of video is very poor. Product says it has the capability to export to iTunes, but has no option for the export. The burn option didn't work properly either!!! I spent many hours trying to get it to work. Total waste of time!!! I tried Roxio support and did not have a good experience!! Because of the the high cost of the product and being very disappointed in it, I actually tried to return the item to the store where purchased. I was hoping for a refund, but did not receive one. Needless to say, I have a product that I will not even be able to use!!! The product was a total waste of money!!!

    Easy to set up and use. Difficult to reduce the size of the video file to fit on an ordinary DVD. Works great for smaller videos though.
