Bought this $200 Royal for roughly $158 somehow, and thought it was a great deal at Best Buy online. Delivered a couple days for free, plugged it in and started shredding. This thing is QUIET! My Fellowes 11 page shredder jammed and died on me, and this thing is ten times better. Has wheels, and the drawer slides which is a much better design than the Fellowes shredder that rested on top of the catcher. So far no jams, and I can't speak highly enough about how quiet it is when it's shredding. Highly recommended!

So far, so good. It's a very good shredder, not quite as large as the FELLOWES it replaced. However, that is actually a good thing. Two reasons, first, it takes up less space, and second, I no longer need to put the bags into the Catch Bucket before I use it, I simply pour the stuff from the Catch Bucket into the bag. Much easier. Also, one nice feature is it's a very quiet machine as well. I have to admit that I was unpleasantly surprised that the FELLOWES failed so quickly after the warranty. I do like this one quite a bit.

I replaced my old royal 14 -Sheet Crosscut Shredder with this one. It is shorter and works great like my old one did. I am very happy with this new shredder.

Great shredderm crosscut + shreds CCs; does handle 14 sheets at a time. I've purch many shredders over 20 yrs, none seem to last more than a year (I heartily use shredders). This one has been wonderful, would purch for family, but this model difficult to find.

this shredder is quiet, fast working and cuts through all that junk mail and personal documents you need shredded. The Royal brand is a very good quality item and is powerful enough to get the job done. It has no jams, unless you forget the pullout storage bin and empty it. The item is priced right for quality product.

I bought this shredder to replace one that just quit. I wanted one with a drawer so I would not have to lift the top off. We had several years of bills, checks and tax information to shred so it meant continuously feeding the machine. I am very pleased with the job it does. It is very quiet and efficient. I would have given it 5 stars but unjamming it the few times I put in too many sheets was a little bit of a chore because there was not enough paper left to grab to pull it out. I did not count out the pages I was feeding and found folding a few was easier and faster than putting in several full pages. It chewed up credit cards and staples easily. Just remember, no chips!! It never overheated and I got tired before it did. All the paper is shredded for now. I am pleased.

I have been looking for a good shredder to a long time. This was a great buy and it works very well.

Before I purchased I read reviews regarding this product and after using it I ha e to say it does what is meant to do. It's quite but eats up paper pretty quick. It works for when you have to dispose of documents every now and then I do not use it daily. Hope this helps.

This shredder quietly and competently has eaten everything I have put through it. The only thing I haven't tried is the capability to shred a CD... Wait a minute.... Where is that Kanye CD? Oh there it is and here it goes into the slot. Okay that worked flawlessly. This is a great tool for music lover's everywhere.

QUIET, FAST, STRONG EASY TO OPERATE, SHREDS MULTIPLE PAGES WITH NO PROBLEM

Works as expected. I haven’t fully texted it out but after a week of regular use I haven’t had any issues. I like the size, strength, removable paper can, and the option to forward/reverse to get things unstuck.

This is a very good shredder. It cross cuts, can take several sheets of paper at once and will shred credit cards and cd's. It runs quietly and is well worth the money.

Had a lot of shredding to do. Had a 5-sheet shredder and it was slow going. Bought this one to finish the project. Much more quiet than my old one and made the job much quicker!

This shredder is the BEST I've never owned. It's very quite, fast, accepts many pages, & it has wheels that move very easily.

This shredder looks great and works great. It is very easy to clean due to the removable bin. The noise level is decent. Paper is shredded to thin strips. Credit cards also work well.
