This minisplit does a great job for us in our loft space. We were able to remove the old ugly window unit and replace with this sleek modern design. I love the way the front lights up for the temp details. At first I thought there was no digital view, but it's really slick the way it's hidden until you power it up. Very cold in an area of the house we've always struggled to keep comfortable. Also does a great job heating. Very energy efficient, and quiet, especially compared to the old window unit. We hired an electrician to run the electrical, but he would not power on until an HVAC tech confirmed it was setup correctly for the AC lines. They worked together for the last step. We love it!

Unit is much quiter and smaller than I thought it would be. While it is not as DIY as an install as you may think and definitely need it professionally installed I was immediately impressed witht the cold it puts out even when its 112 here in CA. Also this unit only needing a regular 120v outlet vs a hardwired 240v is much easier!

This was my first install of a mini split system. I installed it in an apartment that I made in our 2 car garage. For the past 5 years I used a noisy window A/C unit in the summer and a gas space heater in winter. This mini split is whisper quiet. I run the blower on low and you can’t hear it run. It kept the room cold all summer here in Arkansas. I’ve only used the heat for a couple of months, but it works great. The only noise the outside unit makes is the fan blowing and it’s very quiet. The remote control is easy to use. I recently installed a mini split in my friends cabin, and he is very pleased. I did notice my electric bill this summer was about $20 a month lower than normal, so I’m hoping it’s from switching to this unit. I have a lot of experience working on residential heat and air units and had the equipment to install it myself. I would recommend having a qualified HVAC technician install this unit.

Using this in a camper. It is a world apart from the RV rooftop a/c. Love it. Quiet and quite cold.

Installation was finally completed today and the unit is working beautifully. It's so quiet both heating and cooling. I'm looking forward to summer now.

It’s an amazing product for when you don’t want a noisy air conditioner. My whole family loved it and it was just a great touch to the house and it matches the whole household.
