    Missing the condenser and unable to get a replacement as this model had been sold to Best Buy over a year ago, is no longer manufactured

It is correct that we do not sell the unit anymore but we still honor our warranty. The warranty for compressor related issues is 3 year and we still have units to replace or repair a unit if required. If that is not an option we have a comparable device to replace a unit if required.
