Imagine having your 10-year-old son opening his new gaming chair on Christmas morning, he is completely stoked. He asked that we put the chair together so he can use it right away, only to find out the chair was sent without any hardware, none, zero. There were no fasteners, bolds, rubber stoppers, Alan wrench, nothing. I had to go up to Lowes and purchase all of the hardware myself. $20-$25 dollars later, I come home and put the chair together the day AFTER Christmas. He not only was completely disappointed, but I was also bummed as there was nothing that could be done on Christmas.
Once assembled the chair was a decent gaming chair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
