    Imagine having your 10-year-old son opening his new gaming chair on Christmas morning, he is completely stoked. He asked that we put the chair together so he can use it right away, only to find out the chair was sent without any hardware, none, zero. There were no fasteners, bolds, rubber stoppers, Alan wrench, nothing. I had to go up to Lowes and purchase all of the hardware myself. $20-$25 dollars later, I come home and put the chair together the day AFTER Christmas. He not only was completely disappointed, but I was also bummed as there was nothing that could be done on Christmas. Once assembled the chair was a decent gaming chair.

    Whilst a nice chair, my biggest problem has been the back piece wasn’t sent correctly as the holes were not aligned with the T-brace that connects it with the rest of the chair. It has taken awhile to still acquire this piece as they had to send it from their main factory.
