It's a rug doctor need anymore be said. I have rented the bigger models everytime I needed to clean my carpets. I saw this unit and for the price it was a steal. It does the job surbberbly.

I haven't had to use this item yet but allowed a friend to clean several rooms..... worked fine and I anticipate will do the same for me when needed. Enjoy the small footprint for storage!

Rug doctor does a fabulous job for small and large jobs. Does wall to wall rugs, area rugs, wool rugs, synthetic rugs. Even does car rugs! Best part it really does vacuum up the solution so the area drys very fast.

Excellent cleaner. It's doing the job well and If I have to point one cons, I would say noisy, but I guess that it's normal and a common issue in all cleaners. In general, very happy with the product.

Purchased this to replace a Bissell unit we had for many years. As a pet owner you need to keep one of these handy to clean up those little accidents. Large clean water and waste water tanks that seal well.

Works very well on upholstery and spot cleaning rug . Though it worked to clean a 10 x 10 area rug next time I will rent a full size machine for convenience and to save my back . Good value for money spent

Quickly and easily gets out set stains. Got a dog #2 accident out of the carpet that had been set for 2 weeks. Tried other carpet cleaners on the same stain and could't get it out, went over the same stain once and it was gone.

My wife is terribly happy after I bought it, the couch looks like brand new again. Not having to pay anyone else to do the job when you can do it yourself

Does a very good job. Only issue is finding the correct cleaning solution for it can be difficult (standing floor cleaners use a different solution)

Carpet is almost dry to the touch after you use it. My concern was that it had only a small amount of movement to clean the spots. I still had to scrub it myself before I used the Rug Doctor.

I read reviews that it leaked but decided to try it myself. The first time i used it it leaked a little but it was tolerable. The second time i used it it was literally was pouring water out of the bottom. I had to use the suction just to sop up all the water under the machine! I gave 2 stars just Because it does what it advertises.

This is exactly what we needed to lift the pet stains out of the carpet. We use this and a black light to identify anything and our own mix to remove all the stains. Works wonders.

We have had a couple of Bissell's previously and the suction on this is no comparison. I saw other reviews where there was leaking but not this unit. Works perfect!

Fast delivery. It has removed every stain with minimal work. With 2 cats and a 2 1/2 year old granddaughter I definitely use it often. It's paid for itself a long time ago.

I am beyond disappointed with how horrible this spot cleaner turned out to be. The main issue is that it leaks from everywhere. The wand leaks out of a little hole by the brush, the actual machine spits water out of the back AND water leaks out of the bottom. I had to place a towel underneath because it was leaking so much, and then it still shot dirty water across the room. I made sure to read the directions prior to use and followed everything to a tee. I double checked all of the connections because I thought maybe something was loose, but nope. I had a little green machine before and never experienced issues like this. The wand cord also isn’t long enough to reach a mattress so you would need to set it higher, which you don’t want to do bc it’s going to leak wherever you set it. No point in shampooing my mattress if the dirty water is going to leak right back onto my mattress from the machine. This was a huge waste of my money and I will be returning it immediately.

I had an old hoover small canister that I used for years and it finally did not squirt water anymore I will not ever use a bissell so I decided on the Rug Doctor

I read multiple reviews on this product and thought I had the right one with the least amount of complaints about leaking and it just so happens mine leaked right from the start.... will be returning this product and trying something else..

Didn't clean our white carpet very well but perhaps the stains had too long to set and better pretreatment is needed.

Would definitely recommend very good product cannot go wrong with rug doctor spend the extra money and get this unit.

Bought this when I had a major mess in my son's room, found that the unit did well in sucking up the water and overall I'm pleased with my purchase.
