It has great suction, leaks from the bottom of both liquid tanks, not enough scrubbing head bristles, and no exchangeable heads. So I placed a dry towel under the machine, grabbed a scrubber of my own and used the head to spray the liquid and suck up the liquid from the carpet. And did my own scrubbing.

Did a decent job on the interior of my pu. Worked well on old set in stains.

Cheaper than anywhere else online especially with my Best Buy reward points. Shipping was really fast and free.

worked great for about 5 months. Actually works great every time it was used. but after a couple months of use, while i was using it outside, and it got splashed with water, very minor splash. right away the wand spray and scrubber stopped working, the vacuum would continue to suck but the spray foam stopped and the agitator stopped working. i called support, and they said i had to ship it to Wisconsin on my own dime, and "if its their issue they would fix it and ship it back. for its size and weight, it really was not worth the shipping rates to see "if" they would fix it. so i just kept it, i may break it open myself and see if i can repair it. I guess next time ill get the bissell.

This little cleaner works awesome, I use mainly to clean the carpets in cars and it does a great job.
