great suction. easy to clean out when done. like the 2 brushes, good for steps

If you have a pet or stains in the carpet you want to get out, and are tired of renting rug cleaning devices. This portable cleaner is amazing. Cleans a stain out in just a few seconds.

Cleaner works great. Should have purchased a long time ago! Used to clean rugs & upholstery in very dirty vehicle...cleaned like a charm!

I have owned a ton of different spot cleaners, the little green, being one of them. This spot cleaner rocks. Literally will suck the carpet off the floor. I love how easy it cleans, and how COMPLETELY it comes apart to be cleaned. Many cleaners get junk stuck in nooks, this doesn’t do that! Love it! Only complaint is id like a longer cord, but that’s it!

I inherited my mother's cat, and have been struggling with her territory marking (urine only, thank goodness). This little rug doctor has been great. I have been treating the spots with baking soda, and then rug doctor/vacuum later and everything comes up, and the carpet looks like new. I have only needed to use it a few times, as the cat is now settled in, but what a great tool to have on hand.

Does a great job easy to use very easy to carry great if you have pets

I bought this unit to use just for my stairs since I broke my hand. I used this the following day after breaking my hand to clean up my dogs mess on the stairs. It was light and allowed me to shampoo the stairs with ease. The product is great and just let the motorized nozzle do its job. My other carpet cleaners are too wide and heavy to use for my three story stair case.

The Rug Doctor outperformed our expectations. It was also easy to clean.

It works fairly well removing most carpet stains. Oil based stains are much more difficult to remove unfortunately.

To put it mildly we have a almost fully carpeted house and a new puppy. You would never know that accidents happen. If you want a small easily portable carpet and upholstery cleaner then this is the one you have to buy. Little short on the cable length and hose length, but if you really need it (which I don't yet) buy a small extension cord.

I purchased the ear buds for my teens. The corded ear buds get tangled and hopefully this will eliminate that problem.

Love this product because I can clean my upholstery, which my standard carpet cleaner does not have the function or capabilities to do so. Like how it can be carried (handle) plus can sit on steps so I can reach those hard to get to areas. Holds more water than I expected so can clean larger areas than anticipated too.

Short of buying the bulky, full-size Rug Doctor, the portable one works very well for my needs--cleaning just the soiled spots of my elderly dog when he can't get out the door fast enough!
