Machine is not priced well. It's very high priced, but it does work. But not as well as other cheaper ones on the market. I would do research before purchasing to be sure this one is right for you. It does not store easy either so be sure you have a space to store this big daddy.

I purchased my Rug Doctor in hopes of avoiding complete carparpet replacement in a home I purchased. This machine did an outstanding job of cleaning and ultimately saved me thousands of dollars. In addition, the upholstery / stair attachment worked great. I am very happy I purchased this machine.

clean carpets nearly effortless... nearly... took some effort only because I am a perfectionist. Heavy traffic areas took a couple of passes, low to moderate traffic areas looked like new in only one pass. stains from pets gone in one pass. Best part is the carpet was nearly dry when done. Best investment to my home I've made.

This rug doctor cleaner did a great job cleaning several area rugs and a couple of rooms. I did have to refill the solution (clean water) and dirty water several times but the carpets looked great afterwards. I have to be honest the first one we brought home didn’t work, but the second one is great.

Love it! Easy to use. Cleans great. Great for homes with pets.

This is my third purchase of carpet cleaners and the first one I purchased was pretty good. The second I purchased lasted two cleanings and quit working as no water coming out. I took a chance on the Rug Dr and was very impressed with my first use. Time will tell on the durability. Let's hope it last past two cleanings.

I love this carpet shampooer, it’s the best one I’ve ever had! I would highly suggest it if you are on the fence.

This was purchased due to the fact that we moved into a 2 story house that was fully carpeted. The carpets were awful. The machine works great. I use the rug doctor products with it . They only thing it did not get out was some really dark, nasty looking spots but I expected that. Would definitely buy again.

My wife and I purchased this unit to clean carpets due our three dogs. Our carpets are off white and show very bit dirt possible!! This unit by far is the best that we have tried!! I can highly recommend this to anyone.

It does an excellent job cleaning. It extracts the water very well.

Great carpet cleaner easy to use two compartments for clean and dirty water easy to change out. Attachments for cleaning couch and other upholstery worked great used mild dishwashing detergent first then rug doctor detergent second getting it wet first work better would recommend to others

I use it at least one a month to clean high traffic area. This is the best carpet cleaner I have owned. It does a fantastic job of vacuuming up the excess water. It cleans very well. I have not used the attachments yet.

This rug machine does a Great job and the rugs dried within 2-3 hrs. Amazing! The machine is a little heavy and awkward if you are short. You need to adjust the Hanley position to the lowest position.

This carpet cleaner worked wonders for me. It became a little tedious having to refill the small water reservoir

I had rented a rug doctor back in the day to clean my carpet and I was impressed with the results the machine had on my floor. So I needed a carpet deep cleaner really bad and looked online and found this one on best buy. Was a great decision with this purchase and highly recommend this machine to anyone!

This machine is not only made well but does a great job in cleaning our carpet. We have white carpeting and this cleans it very well. A lot of thought went into the design of this cleaner. Also has a nice long cord.

Debated buying new carpet but decided to try the shampooer to see if we could buy some time for the current carpet. So glad we purchased this! Did an excellent job and carpet dried quickly due to how efficient it is at vacuuming up the water. Excellent machine
