Great cleaning. Leaves very little water on the carpet.

Deep cleans carpet like a professional cleaner. Only drawback is that it must be emptied and refilled more often than a professional cleaner. If you need to deep clean your carpets often then this a great cleaner to have in your house.

The Rug Doctor lived up to it's description, easy to use, dependable, and cleans well. Not your commercial cleaner but for normal cleaning of carpets, all good!

Not a bad steam cleaner. It works wonderful on short carpet, not the best on real thick carpet.

One stroke over clean most messes. Setting up, changing the water and soap, is harder that the e actual cleaning, but it’s no so hard. Have the bathroom handy ready to make multiple trips. Love it.

This was one of the best carpet cleaners that I have ever purchased. the price was great and it worked well until a few months ago. I would have purchased another but i replaced the carpet in my house.

If you buy the rug doctor upright cleaner make sure that you were using it at home. I took it to my church to use and it was very inconvenient to reload water and soap and to drain the machine every 15 minutes. The machine is a good value compared to other machines and never having owned one I don't know if it works as well as or less than others, but one thing that needs to be built in is a self heating unit. You can't use hot hot water in it and because of this you may not get the same deep cleaning that you would get with a rug steaming machine. The soap that comes with it is acceptable but when doing the large areas it can be very expensive. I would use it at home and not in a business

This Rug Doctor carpet cleaner did a wonderful job of cleaning my carpets and also my wool Chinese rug. I highly recommend this product for its ease of use and cleaning ability.

This was very easy to use. The only complaint I have is that it is not easy to clean the dirty water tank. Pet hair gets trapped and requires a little extra work to remove, but otherwise is an excellent product.

Love the way it cleans, although it is bulky and harder than smaller ones to maneuver. It cleans very well. Bought this after the hoover pet cleaner failed to work more than a year twice. Worth the extra money

I bought this for a Christmas gift for my daughter at her suggestion. Hours after receiving it she had water in the Rug Doctor and cleaning her carpet. She stated her carpet was the cleanest it has been in years.

Best steam cleaner ever! Used this on carpet that we had cleaned numerous times with our Hoover and the difference is amazing! The carpet looks brand new again. Would recommend to anyone needing a cleaner.
