Highly recommend this carpet cleaner. It is great for homes with lots of pets, and the tool attachment that lets you spot clean areas of carpets is excellent. Also works to clean your car.

THE RUG DOCTOR IS AN EXCELLENT SHAMPOOER. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS IT WAS PROBLIMATIC TO USE A WHEELCHAIR AND THIS SHAMPOOER AT THE SAME TIME FOR THE PRICE I'D BUY IT AGAIN AS MY CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW.

My husband and I shopped around before we purchased this carpet cleaner. It meets all our needs and does a great job. After using it, all our carpets look like they were just installed.

We have 3 dogs so this is in constant use, cleans great, only downside is the weight my wife has trouble carrying it up from the cellar (bulky and heavy)

Rug doctor upright deep cleaner is very easy to operate and does an A-1 job extracting the dirt and water. Simple to fill clean water tank and empty waste water. Great product!

We cleaned carpet that we had recently cleaned. The before was not clean. This far out cleans anything we have ever had. The old one went to a granddaughter with a dog, better than nothing.

We just bought a new house and with 2 dogs, it was nice to purchase this for those "accidents" that can happen with pets. Works great and very happy with this product!

I keep a really clean carpet and I was just amazed how much dirt was removed. I also vacuumed after the carpets had dried and was just as amazed how tall the carpeting was.

Bought and used same day and at least twice weekly since (older dog with medical problems). Had carpet cleaned professionally same day as purchase. Used it same day and couldn't believe the additional dirt it got out of my carpet. Only complaint is dirty water doesn't get completely sucked into water holder and leaks, but small problem.

I bought this one as a replacement because previous one was broke. Very happy with the power that this machine does the whole house.

I have pets and kids and like to clean carpets and furniture regularly. This can get costly and not all vendors do as well as others. This little machine put an end to that. Works every bit as good as the pros and no big bill. Large capacity tank and exceptional suction power are key. Cleaner is durable with no issues after years of use. I could not be happier. Making sure connections are lined up properly we’re tricky at first causing leaks or loss of suction. But once you got it it’s smooth sailing.

It does a great job to clean carpet even on the stairs. It is remote enough it can be used for car carpet cleaning.

I have only used one time. The carpet is approximately 25 years old. All stains were removed except one. Easy to transport and easy to use. Not bad to clean after use.

It did pretty good job.. Just matter of time to get used how this works, different from others. So far we are satisfied. We are not sure it will last longer than others, time will tell.

It is a very good machine for that price. Easy to operate and no assembling required. In my opinion, cleaner works the best and most efficient when you work with tools. Not for big areas!

I think it cleans fine. I miss my bissle because I could watch the suction and see when it was no longer sucking up liquid from the carpet. I realized how nice it is to see the suction when I was cleaning in front of a mirror and saw when it was no longer picking up liquid. Another thing I missed was being able to push and pull when I cleaned the carpet. You have to tip back to push it forward so there is no cleaning being done with forward motion. I should have researched a little better, but I will see how this one holds up. I can always clean my carpets with the hand tool since I can definitely see when it is done sucking up liquid.

This is one of the best carpet cleaners that I have ever used. It is also the only carpet cleaner that I have ever used
