This is by far the best carpet cleaner. It really penetrates the carpet deep and sucks that dirt right on up. Not a heavy system to use. Does not leave your carpet too wet. We love it.

Works well on carpets. I like it enough to have bought a 2nd after the first died after 3 years or so. It’s a bit easier to use than my old Bissell and seems to clean better as well

I love using this cleaner it's very lite and easy to handle. I wish I would bought this years ago. I save money by buy this shampoo cleaner. Buy this because you want have to rent to other.

Even though there is a heating element, this dishwasher needs a rinse aid to dry dishes properly. Once we figured that out, all has been good. Dishes are clean and this machine is surprisingly quiet. I am very happy. FYI, the rinse aid (like Jet Dri) is a surfactant and breaks the surface tension of water so it sheets off. This helps drying. I'm happy with the purchase.

Excellent value for the price. It really helps deep clean carpets and rugs. I wish the bins were a little bigger so you didn’t need to empty dirty water out as often but that’s my only complaint. Very happy with product

I have read MANY reviews of all of these machines and found this Rug Doctor got more favorable than others. It is more expensive but comparing it realistically to the cost of having your carpets cleaned, using it once throughout the house was less expensive than having someone do them. We have had our carpets cleaned a few times in our lives and i honestly feel that the Rug Doctor and I did a better job getting dirt and stains out than professionals. You're dealing with liquid so there is going to be some mess but nothing unmanageable . As yet, nothing leaks unless YOU do something wrong. I highly recommend this machine.

My parents have a rug Doctor and I've always loved using it, then when I saw this one I did some research on it and had to buy it and quit borrowing theirs. It's a powerful machine and maneuvers beautifully.

We love this carpet cleaner. We have always rented a different version from meijer but decided it was time to buy one. Cleans very well, easy to use. Cleans dog stains and makes the carpet look new.

Easy to use and does a good job, wanted to get a heavy duty ready to use machine, its exactly what I wanted also can't be the price!

Easy to Operate. Cleaning carpets within 5 minutes after opening the box. Left carpets clean and dry. Why did I rent the bulky cleaner from the major home improvement store when this was available. Not anymore.

Used right out of the box. Easy to follow directions. Easy to use and the suction was great. I could really tell a big difference in my carpet after using. They look great!

This product is worth the higher price point. It cleans well and has two separate containers for dirty and clean water. The shampooer itself is light enough to be taken up and down steps as well.

Great little carpet cleaner. Not quite one of the rental units, but works wonders for what it is. Only complaint is how often you have to fill the water tank.

Easy to use. Cleaned the rug very good. The extra water boost makes the carpet a little wetter than I wanted so I didn't use that feature and it still worked good.

This product is for my wife. She previously had a Hoover cleaner from Sears, & never thought she'd find one as good as that one. She loves this cleaner! Even more than her previous one.

Tanks for cleaning solution and waste water are not as big as in the Bissel however the suction is impressive! A great product for pet owners.

The attachments are great and easy to use, Carpet cleaner is super easy to clean and fill. Seems to have amazing suction compared to my old Bissell model. Great for pet owners!!!

I love this carpet cleaner. It is super easy to use and does a beautiful job on carpets and furniture. I have owned several other carpet cleaners and this is by far my favorite.

I have had several carpet cleaners in the past of other brands. Been through Hoover and vessel. None of them have done as good of a job cleaning or removing water from the carpet as this rug doctor. Carpet cleaners get a lot of use in my house as I have three large dogs and two kids. I also really like the way that this one folds down relatively compact for storage. So far, I have not had any mechanical or we can problems with this carpet cleaner. I cannot say the same for previous brands and models that I have purchased.
