Needed a carpet cleaner since it's been a while since they were cleaned and didn't want to pay an absurd amount for a professional to do so I figured I would buy my own and what a great idea that was! Very easy to use and set up and you really notice the difference! It's also very easy to put away when you're done!

I love rug doctor and after getting two new puppies, a carpet washer was a must. Instead of continuing to rent them, we had to buy and we love it. Very easy to use and effective.

Works great better then always renting one. Only thing tanks gets empty fast

This machine has been amazing and if you have doggies, this is totally worth every penny. i also used the attachment for cleaning the carpet stairs which were horrid. It did a great job when I detailed my car seats also. The machine leaves you without a soggy carpet and keeps your carpet clean/dry once you are done.

Really cleans up stains left behind by dog accidents. We vacuumed before cleaning, this gave a great result. Kept a fan on the area all day to dry it- needed several hours. One tank of water does one medium size room. It fits back into the box nicely- good for transporting to friend's house for lending out.

This machine does wonders. If you're skeptical about it, don't! I did not take any before and after pics but it's truly the rug doctor. My wife and I cleaned our carpet about two weeks ago and it left it amazing. We have two kids and boy does this work. Please don't hesitate, purchase! If you don't t like it, return it. Is that simple.

The Rug Doctor upright is fantastic. It cleans my carpet and helps to make the whole house smell fresh. I decided to purchase it because I was renting it at our local grocery store. After all those rentals, I thought about just investing in one. Great choice. Best Buy even price matched it. Great price and great product.

I would pay to clean my carpets but added wood flooring & now only have some rooms upstairs, needed cleaning badly & thought let’s try this. It was awesome. Had some bad stains from my dogs & pre-treated. All clean. I was very pleased. I would only use in small rooms. The tank doesn’t hold much & must be refilled throughout your use. I am happy & would recommend it!

This cleaner works incredibly well. Only wish the water tank was bigger.

I had a Hoover carpet shampooer for 17 years and decided it was time to finally replace it. I went with the Rug Doctor based on reviews and price. While I wish the water reservoir was larger, it definitely does the job. It is also A LOT lighter and easier to maneuver than my old Hoover. I don't think you can go wrong with this purchase.

So far, this is the best steam vacuum I ever owned , if not with the small soap tank , i would have given it a five star.

I have used it many times since I purchased it 5 years ago. It keeps on working and does not disappoint me. I think it works for me because I take care of it and do not bounce it around while using it. Not sure how long it will keep working, but I got 5 years out of it so far.
