This works better than i thought it would .I would recommend pre treating the entire surface10-15 mins before hand. It is alittle hard t push but not a deal breaker.The cord is long,easy to dump and fill, really good SUCTION carpet was only damp after using but not wet unless you really sprayed too much solution....i did at first because i figured you had to pull really slow but not the case. Glad i bought it!

Will not clean on the first pass. Needs about 3 passes to complete a satisfactory job. Once I got the hang of it, it performed as advertised. Very satisfied.

I have 6 kids and 2 dogs so I did a lot of research before buying this carpet cleaner. It is the only unit I would recommend if you really need your carpet clean.

I have two dogs that play non-stop when they're outside and frequently get covered in mud. It works great on cleaning up their mess and getting stains back out

If you like the store version you'll like this one. I didn't give it 5 stars only because it doesn't come with the handheld adapter.

The Rug Doctor from Best Buy is much better than the one you can pay to utilize at a retail outlet. It cleans in a single pass. The only thing I wish it had was an upholstery cleaner attachment included.
