Not really my cup of tea for an rpg. Graphics are awful in my opinion, I know it’s a switch but they seem pretty outdated for 2022-23. Combat and movement is clunky. UI isn’t very seamless. This is my first time with a rune factory game and probably my last.

The farming aspect is fun and fleshed out. The combat side of things is okay, but not as good other games more foucsed on combat.

Fun game if you like a mix of role playing games, and farm simulation.

Half RPG, half farming sim, this is a game that has it all. An easy introduction to rpg elements but has the farming life goodness you crave.

So this is my first rune factory game and i love it. Some things are hard to understand because i’m not used to how things work and the mechanics of the game are what first gen players are used too. Example knocking fruit out of the tree with your bracelet. I would’ve have known that if I didn’t ask Allegra Clark on her stream for some help. I like the dungeons and the farming balance, the voice actors are amazing and add in good depth to the game. - Ruby’s daughter

This is my first rune factory game, I really enjoyed it, but you can definitely tell its this team first crack at a 3D game. It has a lot of rough edges, especially in the visuals. And after playing the 4th game I also see why people consider the characters to have pretty weak compared to the previous entries. But overall I do enjoy most of it and come back to it every now and then!

This is my first time playing a Farming Sim and I have to say I like Harvestella better. There's more action than farming in that game and I don't really care for the relationships aspect. To each, there own

I am still pretty early in the game, but so far I am enjoying it! It's a got a good mix of farming sim, dating sim, and combat! The only complaint I have that really stands out is the lag in this game. I found turning off the optimization mode in the settings helped, and also playing it in docked mode reduces the amount of lag I get while playing. Overall, I definitely recommend this game if you're a OG fan or new to the series!

great sequel with amazing new features. Best RPG and interaction with all the characters. You feel like family here.

I loved it it was fun I didn’t get into it at first but once I really got into it couldn’t stop playing it for days

It is a pretty good addition to the Rune Factory series. I've played the series for a while and enjoyed this addition. There are few issues with controls/gameplay. But overall a fun way to sink hours into.

When you play JRPGs you will tend to expect anime somehow being involved. Well, if you're reading this far you won't be disappointed as the game is influenced by anime tropes as well as games like Animal Crossing, Harvest Moon mixed with JRPG.

Pretty okay game NOT on switch, lag times make it a much worse time

Fun game, series has been solid and you can do a lot of different things. Part harvest moon, part animal crossing a little bit of everything

I can speak for my wife when I say that she plays this title DAILY. Yes it has frame rate issues when you exit and enter shops and it gets a bit choppy but it’s honestly such a huge world and the story just captivated her attention so much that she refuses to play anything else at the moment. If you like harvest moon titles with an rpg spin on it then this is completely for you!

If this is your only way to play this game it is a good enough version. If you have a pc/steam deck I'd recommend getting it there instead. Since I love the switch and always have it on me though i decided with this version. It runs good enough and this is a nice sequel for anyone who likes the games :)

Doesnt have the charm of runefactory 3 or 4–similar games but the graphics kill it

A solid title for core fans of the franchise though not a vast difference in gameplay from previous entries

I bought this game because I liked how the game play looked. Was a great choice for me since I like playing RPG games.
