I was out of town when it arrived, and when I came back my husband (who normally isn't the best at assembling furniture) had it put together. He said it was fairly simple, but it does look like one of the doors is not lining up correctly (a simple fix, I assume). The stand looks like it cost a lot more than it did and we have received many compliments.

My wife loved the style and my first assessment was it appeared to be made well and would be a solid piece of furniture. I was a bit surprised when I, who has the tools and mechanically inclined, took about 3 hours to build it. This unit is SOLID as a rock, designed well and will make a nice addition to anyone's home.

Easy to put together (even when exhausted) and has not loosened or had any issue (unlike Ikea furniture) with my constant desire to rearrange furniture. One of the prettiest and most useful pieces I've ever owned.
