Beautiful TV stand and it holds our new 70 inch TV.

Base part had holes in the wrong side. Contacted factory customer service and they accused us of putting it together upside down. Asked them how we could do that when the holes were pre-drilled from the factory in the unfinished side.

Looks great and is sturdy! Easy to build. Would buy again!

I saw some mixed reviews of the build quality and issues with assembly. The product I got had no issues with the assembly or fit and finish. When guests come over they also complement our TV stand and ask where we bought it. Love this, I would buy it again, if given the choice.

Great looking peice but the holes were drilled wrong. Had to drill New holes and use screws not provided.

It came in a messed up box. It did not come with a Manuel on how to put it together so I had to call store and they had to email me a Manuel which was hard to understand over a phone. Then when putting together some of the boards were not right and it has gaps in some spots where it is not supposed to. It's a shame because I love the style but the process of getting this and the quality of it was a let down.

We purchased this piece for a living room and LOVE it. The color is exactly as pictured and it fits our 60in TV perfect. Worth every penny

Don't waste your TIME and MONEY on this stand. Without a doubt one of the worst purchases I've ever made from Bestbuy. The reviews you see in this thread where customers complain about pieces fitting together are right. Side panels seemed warped and as soon as you fit in one side the other would come out. I had to literally drill all new holes to make this stand work and it still doesn't fit right. If you have an expensive TV don't buy this and risk your TV falling. I bought this and was so unsure about this stand I went ahead and mounted my TV to the wall. Then the customer service said I put it together wrong then when I sent them pics they sent me a new top piece which helped out ZERO because the side panels are the issue. Please SAVE your money and don't buy this stand. I wish I could give it zero stars. Customer service is par with Comcast.

The TV stand came quickly and was very, very well packaged. No damage at all and easy to put together. Love it and highly recommend!

So glad I was able to get this TV Consol. Goes great with my living room Decour. Was very easy to put together by myself.

I purchased this stand over the weekend and just finished putting it together last night (two nights later). The reason it took so long is because I came to the same conclusion as the two low rated reviews. I got halfway through assembly and realized that the holes weren't drilled correctly - there was no way the side panels were going to connect! I called Bell'O (Twinstar Homes) customer service the next morning and they were more than helpful in opening a ticket and trying to get me replacement parts. It wasn't until after that call that it clicked... I had one of the boards installed upside down! I quickly disassembled part of the stand, flipped the board and TADA, it all fit perfectly! So, I have to believe that the other consumers that think the holes are misaligned, or boards aren't plumb, are just assembling their unit incorrectly. Bell'O did the best they could to mistake-proof the assembly process, but it's clearly possible. There are plastic brackets that connect all the boards. These brackets have a dowel side and a screw side. If you install these brackets upside down then I can see the holes might misalign. Or if you do like I did and install one of the boards incorrectly then it will be out of plumb and misaligned. All in all, I'm more than satisfied with this stand. It's solid and sturdy and the pieces DO all fit together. I found that the manufacturing of this product was held to very tight tolerances, as some of the pieces fit a little too perfectly. My advice, double or triple check the steps as you go. If something seems out of spec then try another angle. If I had to complain, then I'd say the price is a bit high and they shorted me two dowels. Best of luck!

I liked the rustic look of this but I needed a bigger stand for my 65" tv

I purchase this tv stand along with my new sony bravia 60 inch. The rustic white matches the black very well.

This TV console is awesome. Very well built and durable and a great color for our house.
