The product does what it promises and if purchased with the router, you can integrate it to open with your Siri or Alexa voice commands. There’s one problem with the setup. You need to screw it to the wall. I first tried using double sided ultra strength tape and two of my units were detached. If this occurs your unit will be damaged, as the chain will become entangled in its internal machinery and it will no longer operate as intended. Thankfully, Best Buy exchanged the two damaged units and I have not had any problems since I used the screws instead of the tape.

Installation was fairly simple. It is a little slow raising and lowering the shade but works. Wish there was a remote control option that doesn’t require using the app.

Very convenient product. Does have occasional issues when controlling from the app.

It's listed as frequently returned for several reasons. Very, very difficult to set up. Very stressful to attach and set up. What were they thinking? I have had several of these sent to me because each one wouldn't power on. When they did, they wouldn't set up properly. Never found bluetooth, etc. Also, I dare you to not be stressed out TRYING to attach it to your wall. I had four friends come over to try and attach and set it up -- we were all stressed out and very angry at this product for ever being invented!

Very well thought design product - quite easy to install

This must be one of our favorite purchase as a family, we used to struggled controlling our shades manually. So glad that we found smart shade and we paired it with the smart bridge and it’s the perfect upgrade for our curtains. Now it goes up and down effortlessly while we’re resting in couch or in different room. Highly recommend it - installation was easy for us that’s a plus !!
