Stable and easy to fly quadcopter. Easy to set up and flies with your phone effortlessly. The only complaint is that it does not fly very far away, 90 meters is about the distance we got using an iPhone as a controller. For 100 dollars it's worth the price you get out of the enjoyment of flying in and outside of your home.

Bought for my kid's birthday. They had no issues learning how to fly. Downloaded the app to the tablet and it worked immediately. If you want to learn how to fly a drone, this is the one. The only only downfall is the battery life is short about 10-13 minutes based on flying and outside temperature. When we had a hot day over the weekend, it shut down early because of the heat. Also, buy a second battery while you are charging the first one. Great fun and the drone dose a good job of showing video or a snapshot.

This is a good little drone for the money. Vision position system is very good holding it in place while hovering. There is no built in GPS so this makes it easy to control. Camera is very good and takes clear photos and videos. Only real issue: Range is pretty short if there are other WiFi signals in your area (cause interference). Overall though a very good mini drone that takes advantage of some of the DJI tech for not much money.

A great step into piloting a drone and i definitely need more exercise. Very affordable compared to the higher end drones on the market. Easy to fly out the packaging, just charge the battery and dowoad the tello app. It walks you through stratup and flight patterns and tricks. Camera quality is alright compared to the amount of pixels available for my Samsung S10, a 5mp camera on a drone is still clear with crisp video quality in 720p. I would advise anyone to get the bundle with additional blades. Already lost one in flight from learning to fly, definitely my fault but replaced the blade right after it dropped. 13 minutes of flight time is definitely sufficient but a spare battery is $4.99 and definitely a great investment also. Only problem I noticed, is that adding a new blade takes readjusting all the blades for an efficient take off, its almost like an alignment. If not, the drone will take off from one side where alignment is better and then flips over instead of take off. Just take your time to readjust blades abd test each time for proper take off. Definitely takes a little patience and trial and error. Worth it.

Awesome beginner drone. My prior drones were difficult to fly and i did not want to spend a fortune on something that i'll be using infrequently. It's easy to fly. Camera is only 720p but good enough. Would prefer a 1080p. Range is an issue as well, it doesn't go that far but you can compensate by using a wifi extender

Great little drone! Only lasts in flight for maybe 13-14 minutes but so worth it. Great for beginners. Very smooth and not too loud when in motion.

I got this drone for my significant other and he loves it! The battery only lasts about 15 minutes but it’s a good starter drone. The camera is decent quality. It can do flips which is cool.

Not that good in any windy location good gift for anyone trying to learn how to fly

This is a great beginner drone to control from your phone. It’s not too loud, but would suggest to anyone who doesn’t want to break the bank.

I bought one for my 12 yo daughter. She loves it. It is easy to control using the smartphone app. It's only $99 but I would recommend the bundle with the extra battery which is $150 w/ the drone. Battery life is not good. I also recommend getting a compatible controller. You can look it up on the dji site. It would make controlling much better. Great drone, but look to spend about $200 to get the best experience w/ the extra battery and controller.

This is a very cool drone. It reminds me of the parrot rolling soider but with a camera and more features. I like the circle me and drone feature. Its gets easier once yiu are comforatble with the app controlz. I flew it tiday with 5 -8 mph winds and it held well didn't fly that high od course only 10 feet .

This is a great drone for those who are new to this. It's very easy to control, take good pictures and videos and it's very stable flying indoors. My 10 years old kid is very happy with it.

This is possibly the best thing I’ve bought this year. Great price for a mini drone and the pictures I’ve taken are really great. I would say that you can only use this indoors because I took it out side and the wind just sends it flying. Great product for the home. I can see that this is a great starter drone because the controls are just like the magic brand on your phone.

Really like this quad. It is easy to fly. It is very stable in the air. The camera recordings are crystal clear. The cost was very reasonable.

This is my 1st time buying a drone and this one was very simple to use and easy to maneuver. This is very fun to use and if you're looking to start flying drones or just to buy an inexpensive one this is a great drone for the money. I have had no issues since purchasing it and it shoots good videos and pictures, if you want 4K 1080p videos and pictures then this one isn't that but it still shoots good quality content.

Bought this for a gift and my teenage son loves it. Video quality is great. Range is good. Wish the battery lasted longer, but it is comparable to others in the category. The batteries recharge in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this drone for beginners. It’s a great buy

I bought this for my 12 yr old nephew because he asked for a drone for Christmas. I wanted to get something decent, but not too expensive. So, with the amazing Christmas deal, I was able to purchase this. He immediately ran out to fly it and seemed to know exactly what to do. The video is clear and it lasted long enough for them to come in check out all the video they took. Before the end of the day, they had produced a 3 min video of all the kids outside and put music to it. Perfect gift!

Okay so it’s not a DJI really, but has components from DJI flight controls. Well it works and pretty good. For the price you will not find a better little drone. Stable flight and 4 different flight modes. Flips 360 for selfies and bounce probably the least useful. If you are a beginner you will be flying right outta the box after downloading app and charging of course. Video is a little choppy but picture are great. So compare apples to apples and this little drone is awesome.

I have DJI drones and obviously it’s hard to talk bad about them. The Tello, for 100 bucks is one of the coolest purchases I’ve made. My dad is 70 but very tech savvy for his age. He uses his Nexus tablet to fly it and loves it. There’s no gimbal but the stabilization is crazy good! The thing is small so it shakes and moves around when hovering but from the footage, you’d never know. If you want a simple drone with cool features, spend the 100 bucks and have fun!
