Works great, the Blue indicator light on the top is Very Bright though, so I have to cover it at night or it lights up the whole corner of the room.

I wanted to keep my HDD from a computer I was replacing. Easy to use and added it to my new computer as an additional external drive.

I used it to pull data off of a hard drive when my PC went bad. Works great

Simple design and easy attachment. Exactly what I needed for an old harddrive.

Works well. Plugged in both 3.5 and 2.5 mechanical drives and 2.5 sata ssd. All worked. Havent tried anything bigger than 6 TB

Great idea for what should be a quick and simple setup. Item shipped with outdated firmware which prevents it from working with drives over 3TB. After updating it worked with one of my drives but not the other. After digging around others have had similar issues and even had it stop working months after no issues.

this powered enclosure performs very well with a 1 TB sata 3.5 inch disk drive. it's quiet and sleek. it can be powered on and off via swith which makes it very convenient. data transfer is great too. excellent product and a great purchase.

Works great for all my spare drives laying around the house.

Works well with my 2.5" SSD but not with full 3.5" Disc drive. The system will recognize the drive but will not open to read documents like the 2.5 SSD. I really wish it worked because I was using the 2.5" SSD as my boot drive and the 3.5" as my document drive and I needed all my documents to be easily readable. May have to just use a power supply to supply power to it and see if that is the culprit. I tried many things even reading and updating from manufacturer but I gave up.

I don't know what is going on with this, it doesn't seem to register it's connected very well, so I can reliably use it.

this item was not the item needed. i needed the item for (IEC) (?) ten year old hard drive plug- ins. the geek squad ddid not help. i did find an item to plug in my old hard drive on line; in fact it hands both old and new hard drives. That's one problem that i solved myself and there were three others . so... i cancelled my subscription ($199 fee) to the geek squad tech help since i could do it myself without help. it just takes a mountain of time.

It didn't work at all. I tried on 2 notebooks and with 2 different hard drives, new notebooks with Windows 11 and i7.
