    I used the Adapter to Format some older Sata 1 & 2 Hard drives ! You could also use this cable to connect to an older Internal Sata 1 & 2 cd/Dvd drive as a external drive !

    READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Make sure you use Disk Manager to present the SSD to Windows. I read the instructions and went DUHO!!! Very reasonably priced and well made

    Bought this inexpensive cable that hooks directly up to an SSD card. When downloading the proper drive to your PC to clone your hard drive to a SSD card it worked flawlessly.
