Packaging was big part of overall manufacturing cost and I would be happier if they employed less foam and flashy cardboard and focused on a lower priced product. Otherwise, it worked as advertised.

Good for portable data transfer

These adapters are also hacakable to support full sized 3.5" drives, all you need is a barrel plug pigtail and a soldering iron to get the +12v rail required for full sized drives.
