    Works well if you're using it on Windows 11 and the computer can provide consistent power. However, it doesn't work by itself when using it with a Raspberry Pi 4 and I needed a powered USB Hub to get it working.

    This item proved extremely valuable. It worked as advertised. It is literally all 'plug-and-play". Easy stuff. ...... My laptop got rained on an the keyboard crapped out. I could have thrown it all out, but I looked up a 'save' for all my hard drive contents. The item mentioned was available at my local Best Buy. I copied the HDrive info to my newly Best Buy purchased laptop, and I was backup and running with all my previous info in less than a day.

    Item worked as described, would buy again. It was my first time using the pick-up service using the website at the customer service desk. The only issue here was the bank card folks prompted this sale with an offer of 4 times the miles of the cost of item. This was not honored.

    I realized I had mistakenly purchased an internal adapter, and was able to purchase and pick up the correct external adapter cable on the same day. Online purchase was easy, and the entire transaction took about two (2) minutes from the time I parked the car until I was driving back home. Great deal!
