Well made, great material.

Holes don't align and material is bad

It lines up with the stylus and gradually gets more offset until it completely covers up the leftmost hole. The camera hole is just a little bit off too. It arrived with a bubble in the material with loose skin on it. It was like a blister. Also had scratches in it Not sure how that got past Quality Assurance.
