Volume and power button cutouts are COMPLETELY OFF

I cant even use my phone in the case because the pressure of the case holds down my power button and turns off my phone, then immediately turns it on, then off again. How'd this get by QA truly beats me

Frustrated with the phone case.

Very hard to clean. The plastic piece that covered the front of the phone made it hard to type on the keyboard. Finally I got frustrated so I returned it.

Looked up on line, believe to be ok. Was to ship to store, arrived at home! I& another tried on, was not a fit. To bring to Peekskill store tomorrow, for evaluate possible exchange.

Wrong case again

Know this case is having the same issue, the place meant for the buttons are off so it causes the phone to keep shutting off because it hits the off button. So again I have to take the case back I am so I’ve this phone case stuff ugh

My only complaints are my galaxy watch doesn't stay connected all the time, and I'm having problems with my voicemail. I do intend to make a trip to Best Buy for help with my VM.
