    Was honestly very disappointed. Ive purchased their products before and had better luck. the case was difficult to apply, the screen protectors seemed to not meet the edges of the screen by a lot and the buttons kept getting pressed by the case, almost booted phone into the recovery options and reset on accident. do better :(

    Had to cut the buttons because they were to long. Was putting phone in reset mode

    I purchased this for my grand daughter and she loves it. The instructions to assemble the case were good and I had no problems. The case is attractive and fells very strong. I highly recommend it.

    I had to got to the Destin store and get help with my phone. Christina helped me and was AWESOME!!! I had to exchange something, so I went about my business. She got on the phone with Verizon and got me fixed up. Christina was very personable and considerate of my time. She needs to be recognized!

    Seems to be a durable case, but did not fit the phone correctly. It was so tight that the phone kept powering itself off. I had to chisel down the button contacts. Now it works fine. Also, dirt gets between the screen saver and the phone.

    A good looking case and it fit the phone nicely, but the buttons on the side do not line up properly with the phones. Caused the phone to malfunction. Would give it zero stars. Returned to Best Buy.

    Was very disappointed by this phone! Was harder to use then we thought! Got it for my 12 year old for Christmas... he didn’t seem to like it after the first day
