You have to snap the phone into the holder that goes on your belt. Trying to get the phone out when it's ringing or when you want to use it, is a total disaster. When getting in-and-out of cars or tight spaces the phone case always contact something and pokes you right in the side. If I had a choice, I would not have ordered this and had it delivered to the store.

Very disappointing.
