Easy installation but...

But I honestly don't see how it can protect your phone to well cuz the plastic on the front and back is really thin. I would be scared to drop my phone even if it was on it. Compared to other cases I've owned I just don't think it's very durable or reliable.

directions weren't easy to follow to apply case

My husband also tried to follow directions and wasnt able to apply the case over the phone. We went to the store. They ordered the wrong case the first time. They refunded our money at Best Buy and ordered the correct case. Again, we could not fit the case on the phone. I had to go back to Best Buy to have someone put it on for me. Everyone was nice and helpful; I did appreciate their efforts.

Not a fit
