    The first cover was so badly scratched that I had to order another one and until it came in I used it. (I was going on vacation to the beach). The new one came in and altho' it was past the time allowed for a return, the store had marked my original receipt so that I could return it and get my money back. Very nice employees.

    Is taking a minute to adjust to this phone but it's fine. The sales agent was not real helpful because she did not know much about Android phones.

    Brought a new phone. Ordered a case cover for it. Wouldn't charge with he case on. Took it into Geek squad and they said I have the wrong case.They ordered a new one for me. None problem. Very kind and helpful staff.

    Arrived scratched and Best Buy was great about providing a replacement. The second one was better but still had some scratches. Kept the case anyway because we needed something but for the price expected better.

    I bought the Sahara moto phone case in clear plastic a month ago, but already it is showing signs of wear and tear. There are several scratches on the back and also a few bubbles in the plastic. I expected it to last longer, so am very disappointed in this product.

    Was not available in store so I ordered it and had to wait a week. When I opened it, it was all scratched up with a sticker on the inside and outside that I couldn’t get off- I was afraid of damaging it more!
