They were able to refund me for the original purchase, which I used to purchase this screen protector. I was excited when I saw that this screen protector included a special area for the fingerprint scanner. Someone at the Verizon kiosk was able to install the protector, but my phone wasn't able to recognize my fingerprint. Yes, I made all the necessary changes to the phone settings, but still was not able to register my fingerprint. I returned the screen protector and decided to go without any protection for now.

Waste of money

It was scratched within an hour from my keys in my pocket. It cracked within a day. My thumbprint is iffy.. only works sometimes and with several tries.

Poor quality

I insisted on having glass this time and since zag no longer makes glass at least for note 20. All Screensaver came off within 2 weeks. This glass popped off completely with no way to reattach. Im still looking for one that will protect my phone

AWFUL

The circle over the fingerprint sensor leaves a giant ring on the screen, since it doesn't fully stick to the screen no matter what you do. There are so many alternatives that doesn't have a horrible ring, so look elsewhere.
