Unmask this amazing series already; what’re you waiting for!?

If you grew up with and enjoyed the first season of the 90s anime when it first aired, you know basically what to expect here. The first 13 episodes of the season, don't follow the manga, as they were created in order to let the creator of the manga get ahead of the show so it could then be animated. A lot of people seem to have issue with the way the Blu-ray version looks but you have to remember that this show is 23 years old. They can only make a show that old look *so* good, even if it is on Blu-ray. Other than that, I loved this season, and I love the show.

Honestly, people either aren't watching the Viz Blu-ray version of the show and trying to smear it so people won't buy it; or being super nit picky to the point they are becoming redundant. The video quality itself is tons better then that of season one, and needs to stay this way or get even better in the later seasons. I haven't seen any ghosting, or "pixels" as others have said, the only problems I've seen are blooming/blurriness (mostly on back grounds), and a few scenes would shake. But, all in all, this is more or less what Viz said the show would look like when they announced it.

I had watched this show when I was younger and when they had released it on blu ray I just had to get it! It's kind of tricky because this release has it with the Japanese names( Usagi- I hope I spelled it right) instead of Serena for example, but that's fine. Good show!

These DIscs are a step above watching them on TV in the past vibrant color and clarity a must have for any die hard fan or a nice way to get a new watchers feet wet with this anime..

I love this series and recently received this as a Christmas present. It doesn't matter how old you are this series is perfect! I love that it comes with both DVD and Blu-Ray.

It's not the opening credits that I grew up with. But my nephew and niece love this show. I'm glad Best Buy offers it. I get to relive my childhood with them:)

Always loved Sailor Moon growing up. I was super excited when I saw they were releasing the series onto Blu Ray. This is a must-have for all fans.

Great price on a great series. Reminds me of my childhood. This is a great item for old Sailor Moon fans and new alike.

For any sailor moon fan its a must the second sesson had lots more action and laughter. A must have especially on bluray

It's a great remaster and dubbing, way better than the previous version which had been edited to no end.
