    So, just to be up front, I am not using a shure microphone with this, I am using a Blue Yeti X - World of Warcraft Edition. The actual mic stand itself seems very well designed and well constructed, however, there is quite a bit of wiggle when you are using the desk mount that screws in. I ended up having to switch back to the bracket and put the microphone in a slightly awkward spot in order to prevent that.
