This microphone is a high quality mic for a good price. You definitely get what you pay for.

love the design and how the mic stands up on my desk. the mic is sensitive - had to move it around on my desk so it didn't pick various sounds such as my fan. aside from the sensitivity - i think it's a great mic.

I've used the mic for live recording connected to my Mac book pro and with Garage Band. It performed very well. I used it with the usb connector and the Mac recognized it immediately. I'd buy one again if I needed another.

The only big problem with this mic is that you have monitor the volume of sound.arty too high of a decibel, the mic pops

I purchased this microphone to record a couple training sessions for work. I have used the Ball mic before, but I like this one even better. It was a great buy. Here is what I liekd about it: - Compact: fits in my pocket and in my laptop bag, no problem. - Cool: looks super cool, slightly retro, everyone who has seen it has made positive comments on its looks - Simple: Just plus into the USB port and check your setup to make sure it is the default mic in your PC, that's it! - Sound quality: Really good sensitivity, the recordings were clear and loud, I did not have to speak close to the Mic. In some sessions we had more than one speaker, each of us at about 12 inches from the Mic, the sound was still awesome - Price: Very affordable. I can't imagine how this mic could be improved

Purchased this so we could record Board meetings. Worked like a dream. Set it up at the end of the "square" and it picked up all 17 people in the room no matter how far away they were. There was little or no volume fluctuation. Didn't make any difference if you were seated 3 feet or 30 feet away. Everyone could be clearly heard. Also used it in a school gymnasium to record an 80-member committee meeting. Again, FANTASTIC. Did not drop any of the sound even if someone was 60 feet away and not using the "roveing" microphone. Definitely no "buzzing" as stated by another viewer. Clear as a bell sound and wonderful for transcription for Board minutes. I HIGHLY recommend it. A great value for the price . . . plus it looks great.
