Best Buy Sold me Two Defective Bags

I recently ordered two of these bags on two separate occasions to be sent to my local store for pickup. The first one had a defective zipper as well as an unsightly crease/scratch on the outside of the front pocket. I refused the bag and ordered a second one online hoping I'd get an undamaged one.
I waited nearly another week for it to arrive and when I went to the store to pick it up I could not believe this bag had the same defects as the first. It might of even been the same bag, who knows. I also refused this bag.
Bottom line, I wonder if Best Buy either got a batch of defective bags and put them on sale. Or they simply tried to sell me the same defective bag again that I received in my first order. I spoke with a manager who offered me a paltry discount that was more of an insult. I have more of a problem with Best Buy and how they treated me than with the bag itself. It looks nice and I ordered the same one from a competitor and will never do business with Best Buy again. CHECK these bags for defects BEFORE you accept them !
