Now I am told it won't be delivered until tomorrow. It's a birthday gift for my son and he drove an hour just to get it. Now I have to make an hour trip to bring it to him. BestBuy refused to make it up to us. Shame on you BestBuy. I won't be ordering anything from BestBuy any time soon until they stop using Fedex.

Very little protection

There is very little padding and no strap to hold laptop in place so its getting jostled around. I purcased this online and went by Samsonite name but was very disappointed. Plastic clips on the shoulder strap are cheap and mine had lots of loose threads on it.

The box was left at door and had been cut open along tape line like someone was looking to see what was in box. Had to happen before it arrived as it was less than a minute it was sitting at the door. DON'T TRUST BEST BUY ON TRAC.
