On the first trip the airline has ripped the thing off the zipper so you can't grab the zipper now. Also has a big scratch already.

Took this suitcase to the Dominican Republic and it held up!

I got this suitcase for a 2 week trip thru Italy. It held up well thru multiple train trips and flights. It's plenty tough and the TSA lock on the side is a great addition and easy to use. My only real complain is that the handle isn't long enough for me. I'm over 6 foot and I'd constantly hit the back of my foot on the suitcase when I was dragging it behind me.

Great suitcase for long trips to store tons of clothes and necessities. It is a little heavy if traveling on airlines that restrict weight limits less than 50lbs

Used for a long trip recently. Great suitcase. Beware not to pack too full if flying. Close to the 50lb limit.

The briefcase has a lot of storage, but the outer shell is a bit flimsy.

Light weight and can hold a lot of items. Easy to use

look cool and stable. big volume, smooth dragging with heavy stuff.

Bought all 3 sizes and each piece was the same. Tipped over easily, rolled smoothly only on flat pavement. Even small crack would have to pick up luggage. 1 trip on airline and cruise ship was scratched so bad wouldn’t take again because of looks and having to practically e time.

Make sure you read the fine print . It’s just one suitcase . When I received the suitcase, it was not in a box, it wasn’t wrapped correctly and dirty . Do not recommend this product.

As an employee of Best Buy and part of the team that decided to assort this product. I feel that this is a great addition to any customers set. This has all the requirements of a great piece of luggage, TSA lock, expandable hard sided material, internal organization and a trusted brand to boot. The brushed design gives this checked piece of luggage a little extra flare and shows off your personality.

I travel for business and average over 230 days on the road each year. I've owned one of these for over 3 YEARS!!!! It has been on over 350 aircraft and endured everything the airport gorilla's can throw at it (or I should say throw it at). I am not easily impressed. However, normal suitcases only last me about 3 months, if they are good ones. I'm impressed!!! My old one has been around the world several times. I just bought my second of these and it isn't to replace my old one. I just want another because I use 2 bags. You will love these. They keep everything dry, secure, and last like better than the energizer bunny. I only gave it 5 stars because I couldn't do 10.

Just used this to go to Hawaii and it worked great and had lots of room. So much room that you have to be careful not to go over the 50 ib weight limit.
