So far so good.....I will update my review in a few months. The only issue I have is the door latches seem like they are very fragile, they wiggle around like a loose tooth and are plastic so when I m cleaning it I have to be really careful.

Excellent microwave, if you’re looking to grill this is the perfect microwave to do so and you even have the option to microwave and grill at the same time. Great for reheating.

We purchased a low cost unit and found it was a waist of money. We replaced it with this Samsung unit and we could not be happier. Super easy to use to reheat, make popcorn, cook veggies etc.. The price was good and would have better if we purchased this unit first!

Great product wonderful glass finish great grilling feature

I was looking for a small microwave to put in the built in, in my kitchen and this one was perfect! I couldn’t find one anywhere, but BestBuy had one. It works perfectly and love the way it looks in my kitchen.

The inside of this microwave is surprisingly smaller than it looks. I assume the thickness of the walls is required for the grilling function. We haven't really used the grilling function yet so it's a big sacrifice for something we would rarely use. The controls are not very user friendly. You would expect that after decades of evolution, it's pretty obvious now that a microwaving is best controlled by specifying the power and the time. Instead this microwave requires you requires you to input the category of food or if you want a quick start, you can just press start for a 30 second cook time, but you can only increase this in increments of 30 seconds by pressing the button again. A dial or a keypad would be infinitely more useable. At least it looks nice on the counter.

Had this a little over a year. Already defective. Not a cheap item to work such a short time.Samsung needs to do better.

Nice size and powerful microwave. Not only good quality but beautiful piece all in black.

Love the idea of a grill microwave combo just takes quite a bit of extra time to fully cook compared to the usual microwave setting.

Not impressed. The door handle is awkard for the grip. When you try to open the door the enit slide toward you. the controls are not user friendly.

This is a pretty good microwave and oven so far I love it I love all Samsung products and buy most of them at Best Buy. Works really good and you can put it on eco mode to save energy thats pretty awesome!

Great microwave but take forever to heat up food. The modern look is great though I will not lie

I have had this for like 4 months now and I honestly love this microwave. I don't use the grilling feature often but the autocook feature is awesome. When I was searching for a microwave I was almost didn't buy this one based on some of the reviews. But after using, I feel like most of the people giving this microwave a bad review are those that don't want to take a second to understand how to use it.

The product was good, exactly what I expected and wanted. Sales people were very helpful and friendly without being pushy. Overall good experience.
