    Purchased this microwave and had to return the item because the digital display was not working properly. Best Buy returned the microwave quickly and had a new one sent to our home in less than a week. The microwave is easy to use and the grilling element is awesome.

    Very unreliable and the vendor very unresponsive. I bought this and three months later of barely using it the plate stopped spinning. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the extended warranty from Bestbuy and now I have to deal with Samsung directly. I submitted a manufacturer warranty using the straight Bestbuy receipt provided by Bestbuy and they denied the best try with some petty excuses. I will try to submit it again for the second time, hopefully, it will go through but I will definitely not buy anything from Samsung again. I don't even buy the phones I bought this microwave because it was recommended by Wirecutter, anyways, be aware and avoid living my story.

    The macrowave came broken, but since I can't speak English, I didn't go to make the change, when I heat something it fills with steam and it costs the steam to come out of the door, it's the only problem I had with my purchases

    Great microwave. I love it!!! I only wish it had buttons that you push for actual cook times. Samsung is the only way to go for all products.

    Not worth the money, only increments of 30 seconds. Instruction manual very limited does not give very good detail on how to work setting or button

    The box was damaged so the microwave was a bit bend , I kept it and used it works great, just which it wouldn’t of been bend . I know I could of taken it back but the damage was not that bad

    Can not set time for 5 minutes or however much time you choose. Must hit microwave start and then add in 10 second increments. Disappointing

    I HAVE to give it 1 star because I have no choice. This gave out on me within 5 months of ownership. I called Samsung for service and they sent SerivceQuick Technion and he "supposedly" fixed it and it worked for 2 weeks then started to shut off on its own during heating, had to wait another 2 weeks for the same bs. Worst microwave ever and Samsung service is horrible!!!!
