I was not sure about the grilling feature of this oven. But it does work. We mostly use if as a normal microwave but the grill feature does come in handy. It may be able to replace our toaster oven (which hardly gets much use) to save us some extra counter space. One thing I can't figure out how to do, and the oven does not come with much of an instruction manual, is to set timers to cook at different power levels. For example, with my old microwave I could tell it to cook on high power for five minute then switch to medium power and continue cooking for ten more minutes. If this one can do that, I sure can't figure it out.

Good for small space. Lower power so if you’re used to certain timings you’ll have to increase. Door spring is weak. Can not see buttons unless lots of light. We had to paint “30second” & “start” buttons so we could find. Buttons also need firm push. Would buy something else but only size that would fit.

This microwave cooks food in less time. It also has a burner on the top inside the microwave so some things like pizza and fries get crispy. If you are looking for a great microwave this is the one. If the cu ft. are to small don't worry they have a bigger size exactly the same just bigger.

Remodeled our kitchen in 2017 and didn’t want an over the stove microwave. We don’t exactly cook meals in our microwave and we wanted something that wouldn’t take up a lot of space on the counter. This one is the perfect size as it fits a full size dinner plate for reheating. No issues so far. I would highly recommend.

This is a great mid-size microwave. The fit and finish is nice and the buttons and controls feel top notch. It cooks quick and evenly, nice product.

Best purchase ever needed a replacement microwave, but this surpasses my expectations. It grills and does a wonderful job at it. Cooks quicker than our old outdated on. With an interior light it is perfect. Do watch the grill pan it seems they are packaging dented pans and passing them off to the customer. Ours was dented. That's my only negative.

For us, this medium sized microwave oven, is exactly what we needed. I love the inside oven enamel finish. We haven't tried the 'browning plate' yet. The guide and instructions are simple to follow. We look forward to using this for many years!

It’s a really good microwave! Cooks really quickly and looks really nice! Plus having a Samsung appliance is always a big plus!

We only had a few choices to replace our current microwave. I like the stainless steel exterior, and the baked enamel interior is easy to clean. Spacious interior holds large casseroles. We haven't yet tried the browning tray, but this is a nice feature. Overall, very nice choice.

Microwave is easy to use however my concern is when I warm up the food even for 30’ there’s still quite of smoke come out. Not sure it’s normal or nit

This is a replacement for my 5yrs old microwave that fizzled out. I would have sworn that was the best microwave on the market, until I purchased this Samsung, I must say that I didn't know what I had been missing with all the excellence features it comes with. I am definite not disappointed, it does everything as advertised, even crisping up pizzas.

Bought this oven for daughter's new apartment. She needed something efficient yet easy to use. It is definitely the appliance she uses the most. This microwave is perfect. It also compliments her kitchen decor.

It's a good size microwave that is simple to use and clean.

We purchased this microwave because sll our other appliances were Samsing products. We hsd a Cuisinart and it sufficed. However, this microwave kicks it's butt! It is very sturdy and so efficient. I love the squared off finish. It is large enough for family meals and has lots of varied cooking options. Great microwave for the $

I bought this microwave to use in our basement Kitchenette. So far it has worked great. I must admit we have really only used it for popping popcorn but it works great for that. Our main kitchen microwave is almost 14 years old and I'm not sure how long it will last. When it dies I plan on using this one in my main kitchen for a while. Nice size and look.

I love, love, LOVE my microwave however for it to be brand spanking new, when the door is closed you can visually see that the door is not even when closed. This doesn't stop the function which I do love but I feel that if I purchase something new, then it should be perfect. I've already returned it once and the same thing with the second one. I spoke to a manager there about returning it again and possibly opening the box before purchasing again but I'm really tired of loading and unloading it. I am single and live in a 2 story apartment....therefore, I'm the one boxing it up and hauling it back and forth.

This one of the few stainless steel microwaves, which actually has readable numbers. We bought 2 other brands, as you could not read the numbers is lower light. Samsung's is outstanding and how all of them should be. The additional grilling feature is great for certain leftover foods, which you want crispy. Samsung makes outstanding products.
