Compact easy to use. Love the ceramic interior. Easy to clean.

Needed a quality, small, low price microwave. Great quality, lots of features and looks great.

We needed a microwave of a certain size, leading us to this one. It was the size that determined our selection, but upon using it we have found many great features. the grilling tray is great to crisp or brown meat or a pizza. the easy to use selection guide makes a warm up or cooking a breeze.

This microwave is more powerful than our old one, and it comes with lots of features like the ability to turn off all the tones and notifications (great for a sleeping toddler). It would be great if it ran a little quieter, but as the entry level model it's pretty good.

We had a Samsung microwave previously that lasted over 20 years. So far, this microwave has been fantastic. Great power and the options are useful. So good to have a Samsung again.

This microwave was purchased for our office. We had a bit of a challenge trying to find the right size for our kitchen cabinet. This one fits perfectly and has all the options, plus grilling which was an added bonus. Everyone loves it! I highly recommend this microwave.

Love the size and look of the microwave and the capacity to microwave and grill as well. Its a good feature that works well. I love the product very much and its very easy to clean as well since the inside is ceramic.

This Samsung microwave seems well made. It's good looking & a great addition to my kitchen. It is capable of doing more than I need. For now! I hope to increase my knowledge & enjoy it even more. I believe it to be easy to operate. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I use to own a great size microwave that took up a ton of space! After about more than ten years of use, it started breaking down. I decided that the next one I'd get would be a little smaller. This one fit that bill. So far it's been working like a champ. No complaints.

The microwave performs well. No obvious hot spots seen so far. The controls are easy to understand and use. The unit size seems small for a microwave of this capacity(that’s a good thing). I haven’t used the grilling feature yet so I can’t say anything about that. The only issue I have is with the buttons. They are not touch sensitive like a smart phone but they are not very effective as push buttons, either. I find myself having to press them several times to get them to work.

Great size heats well. . Food does not stick to the inside. Only thing it has a short cord.

I bought this around Christmas. I love the size, compact and the black and silver color. Like the enameled inside surfaces. I have not used the grilling dish as of yet...cooks to perfection.

Our old microwave was on its last days and I needed a specific size to fit the cutout we had for it. Also wanted a higher wattage than smaller one had. This fit the space perfectly and I really like ceramic interior. Our old one was painted and so chipped and was rusting. Haven't tried the grilling element yet, but will.

This is a great compact countertop microwave. It has a surprising number of custom features, which one would normally expect to find only on more expensive units. But that's the thing: it's very affordable! I put it in a small apartment I own, and it's quite a draw for prospective renters. I'm very pleased with it - and so is my new tenant.

I bought this microwave for my son and daughter while I was visiting with them in Portland, Oregon. After I returned home, they had a problem with the microwave buzzing even when it was not in use. They returned it to Best Buy, and immediately received a replacement with no hassles whatsoever. Great service Best Buy! They absolutely love their new microwave.
